Teachers Training and Development Program

We believe that it is possible to improve academic performance through teacher training and providing educational materials. Volunteers from sister schools travel to the community to assist Nepalese teachers by sharing teaching techniques and giving workshops on teaching methodology.

The team of volunteers consisting of Teachers from different schools of Barcelona and a doctor visit Kamadhenu with the teachers development project. During their stay in the community, they organize a seminar and interact with teachers in order to improve the current traditional education system. Loli Melero, Pere, Magda, Sofie, and Olga share their valuable experience with teachers and also present a way to practice it with students.

These volunteers were organized and sent by Namlo Europa and was assisted by Krish in the grassroot.
